We have always enjoyed the pleasure of introducing our friends to our culinary dishes and listening to them rave about the taste, quality, and their indications about opening a restaurant. Based on the feedback we continued to receive we began to seriously consider getting into the food service industry. More and more we began to give out samples to a variety of people with different ethnic backgrounds. Again the feedback was remarkable and that was the catalyst that assured us that ‘Heaven on Earth Delights’ was a step in the right direction.
The name 'Heaven on Earth Delights' derived from an experience I had while eating my wife’s homemade vegetarian lasagna. Every bite was deliciously enticing (to date the best veggie lasagna I ever had) and I couldn’t help thinking at that moment “They had to serve this same recipe in heaven because it is perfect.” After eating her lasagna I really felt that this was 'a little piece of heaven on earth'.
